Just a short note to say thank you for such an outstanding job with our backyard. With such a substantial renovation project to complete we were concerned we would not be able to find a landscaper that could satisfy our needs - and you guys have exceeded all our expectations.

From our first meeting on the design you made sure our ideas were incorporated, while ensuring we considered the best use of the space and modern design aspects. The plans and quote we so detailed it gave us real confidence that you would deliver. Your ability to source custom materials has really added value to the final product.

Blake and the team did a simply outstanding job doing the renovation work. The specs were adhered to religiously and we were kept up to speed on progress all the way through. The site was kept tidy and the project delivered on time and on budget. The crew were also very patient with us when we changed our mind on things as we went.

Normark Landscapes was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. We met their landscape designer David Berman who provided a range of design options. We initially engaged Normark to provide a no obligation design, as we needed to ensure we had sufficient funds to commit to the renovation. We paid for plans based on consultations and presentations. We were given an array of imaginative options that allowed us to see our pool and landscape in new ways. In addition to the detailed scale drawings on paper we were also able to examine 3D computer designs. We were given a quote that identified the possible costs.

We considered other ideas but felt confident that Normark would provide the best solution. Ben Williams and Blake Anderson were our main points of contact. They showed leadership and a no-nonsense clear and friendly approach, through each of the milestones. We felt confident right from the beginning to the end.

We seemed to have a broad range of courteous and respectful skilled labourers and tradies including fencers, concreters, electricians, carpenters, plumbers that seamlessly came and performed their tasks without problem or delay. At the end of each day our home was fenced and swept neat and safe for our kids. During the project we saw an opportunity to vary the design and Ben and Blake were engaging and flexible during this process. Our back yard has been transformed in a way we thought unimaginable. They kept to budget and we now we have a wonderful space that makes us feel proud of what has been achieved. Based on our experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Normark.

From design through to final construction we found the Normark team to be a pleasure to deal with. 10 years or so of drought and restricted watering had turned our front and rear garden into a waste land. It was uninviting and in despearte need of a make-over. Thanks to Normak we now have a wonderful garden that we can enjoy, an eye-catching deck that beckons us to sit and relax, in what has turned out to be a new 'outdoor room' and a French style walk to our new vegetable garden.

The layout was inspired by David, Normark's own designer, as was the selection of plants and tree types . David went to great lengths to prepare plans detailed with every tree, shrub, climber and plant he envisioned for the project. When the plans and plant data, including photos on each plant, were presented for our review our interest and expectations were certainly raised. Among many feature trees, shrubs and plants the design included lighting, rustic and chunky verandah post and an automated irrigation system fed by two water tanks. However, due to low eaves on a part of our house gravity feeding the tanks may have proven problematic, but James from Normark came up with an innovative alternative solution to gravity feed and doubled our tank capacity in the process..

The challenge to turn the vision into reality was met by Blake, Normark's Project Manager, and his team of skilled specialists such as Ben, Josh, Rod the carpenter, Paul and others who went quietly about their task. Unfortunately the team was delayed by rain and the time-frame to completion overlapped the departure date for our overseas trip. Blake and the team conduct and demonstrative respect gave us the peace of mind to entrust our property in their care while we were overseas; upon our return the job was completed and the result was nothing short of magic.

We were very proud on Boxing Day to show off our new deck, landscaped front and rear gaden and 'Potager' to our family members. This project included a variety of landscaping facets and Normark delivered on each one. We would recommend Normark to anyone contemplating a small or extensive project with a focus on vision, innovation, skill, professionalism and reliability.
